Repairing property and servicing gas appliances are legal requirements for social landlords but many are having a tough time gaining access to their Premises to carry out servicing and inspections. This means that many hours are lost by Social Landlords and Local Authorities and their Contractors having to return to Premises time and time again. Not only does this take up Officers' valuable time but also it costs a great deal of money.

Whiteheads' offers its clients several years' experience in litigation and obtaining court injunctions allowing social landlords access to their properties in order to carry out repairs and to service gas appliances. In the past 12 months, Whiteheads' has obtained 207 injunctions to allow access.
