I spent a number of years working for HM Probation Service and the NHS before moving into housing where I had a number of roles including Project Officer from 1990 to 1997 before being promoted to Housing Manager. In this role I was responsible for all Anti Social Behaviour issues and liaising with external agencies.

Since joining Whiteheads I have developed a range of experience in remedies to ASB, case management and providing legal advice.
