Prior to joining Whiteheads in 2006, I worked for 19 years for five different housing organisations in the North West specialising in the areas of housing, leasehold management and resident involvement. I also completed my NVQ A1 Assessors award and helped to deliver training for the Chartered Institute of Housing technical certificate at Wigan & Leigh Housing.

Having decided to change careers, I completed my Law Degree and did the Legal Practice Course in 2005. I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2008 and will continue to develop my knowledge and skills in all aspects of ASB in addition to supporting our Disrepair practice and also working on Policy and Procedure development and review.
