Training and development are vital components of professional life but there is always a risk of money being spent on courses that are only partly fit-for-purpose. Our Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Toolkit has been created to help Social Landlords maximise the value they get when providing ongoing learning and development to their housing management and anti-social behaviour teams.
The system has been designed so clients can test either specific areas of knowledge or a whole range of skills. Also, on completing the TNA, a report detailing the candidate's score and how long it took to do the Analysis is automatically generated and can be sent to the candidate and their line manager. The results can then be factored into a future training and development plan.
So how does it work?
- Firstly you need to let us know who in your organisation wants to make use of the TNA.
- Then we need to know who the report is going to be sent to.
- Thirdly a secure link will be sent to the candidate's email address
- The test can be completed at the candidate's own pace
- Once complete, a report will be generated indicating how both time and money can be most effectively be invested into the candidate's professional development
