Lindsay Felstead
Solicitor & Advocate

I graduated in law from the Nottingham law school in 2000 and trained to be a barrister, winning the best advocate prize. I was called to the Bar in 2000. Having joined the firm in January 2004, I decided to convert to being a Solicitor and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2005. My specialist areas include advising on all aspects of Anti Social Behaviour which includes work for the Police as well as Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords. Given my experience as a barrister, I am also a member of Whiteheads' advocacy team appearing in court as a Trial Advocate in County and Magistrates Court and have a particular interest in Disability Discrimination Act Law.
