Prior to joining Whiteheads this year, I worked for 19 years for five different housing organisations in the North West. During this time I gained a wealth of experience in the housing field mainly in areas of housing/leasehold management and resident involvement.
Over the last 8 years, I have managed diverse teams delivering quality housing management services for general and key worker accommodation and enjoyed the many and varied challenges.
After completing my Law Degree, I did the Legal Practice Course in 2005.
Having a commitment to training and development, I recently completed my NVQ A1 Assessors award and helped to deliver training for the Chartered Institute of Housing technical certificate at Wigan & Leigh Housing.
Best achievement to date: Obtaining my Law Degree and going up in a hot air balloon over Queensland (I am scared of heights!!)
Favourite place: Circular quay in Sydney Harbour enjoying the sunshine.
Favourite thing: Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Salsa Dancing (in that order)
Least favourite thing: Litter or wasps
