Yolanda Dann
Legal Assistant

My interest in law began when I was called upon to give evidence in court and having been intrigued by the whole experience I became 'hooked'.
I graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2002 with a degree in Law and a year later I qualified as a Barrister having completed the Bar Vocational Course at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Since qualification I have practised as a general civil litigation specialist. I have undertaken an array of cases such as road traffic claims, contract disputes, defective products and bankruptcy to name but a few. I am now in the process of cross-qualification from barrister to solicitor and I intend to become a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience. I also have a particular interest in mediation and hope soon to become an accredited civil litigation mediator.
