Whiteheads is a specialist firm dedicated to serving the Social Housing community. The firm has over 14 years' experience of working with social landlords, local authorities and police forces across the UK providing the best service and expertise available.
As a firm, we know that we are only as good as the value we add to the relationships with our clients and we are at the forefront of using a number of techniques to ensure our clients always get the best from us.
Our People
Our people are our key asset and they are trained to work in many areas of housing law. A number of our legal staff are experts in their fields so clients have the reassurance that our advice is something they can trust.
What's more, we don't just employ lawyers - several of our staff actually come from Social Housing backgrounds. This multi-disciplined approach means that we can work in partnership with clients and offer solutions to problems we really do understand. We are not there just to act as legal 'back-up'.
Based in the North West of England, the firm has served the local Social Housing market for many years but our continued growth has allowed us to expand our reach and we now have clients as far away as Newcastle and Newquay and most places in-between.
Client Care
Sometimes the law can be a confusing thing and we are committed to being as client-friendly as possible and aim to use plain English when dealing with clients and their tenants. Our
online glossary is regularly updated and provides a jargon-free explanation of important legal terms that clients need to understand.
We recognise that our clients are under increasing pressure to be more efficient and in response to this we have implemented technologies that aim to help reduce costs. Whitehead's now boasts a videoconferencing suite and a mobile office, which reduce our clients costs and ensure cases are dealt with more quickly.
